Whether you are having a small intimate garden wedding, themed era party or red carpet affair, I love to CREATE!
As a freelance stylist, I can travel to your location for this service where enjoying your day starts with a stress free approach.
Working with the world renowned make-up brand JANE IREDALE MINERALS – “the skin care make-up” I can create a fresh, beautiful look that will photographically be stunning!
As a complete mineral range, all products are 100% mineral based, give superior protection, allergy free and work as a second skin once applied. You can swim in the minerals, play sport and have an all day or evening look that will last 12 plus hours. Minimal touch ups are required while your skin will function normally for a smooth, soft and flawless look.
Contact through email is recommended so all details can be discussed. You can provide the following:
* Wedding date
* How many people wishing to have make-up/hair or just one of the services.
* The requested date for a trial
* Venue to be held.
* A confirmation of booking 10 days within the first contact.
IF YOU HAVE A TRIAL:*-
* I provide a cleanse, tone, serum and moisturize
* Full colour selection and application to suit individual needs.
* Refreshments
* Your selected lip color is your gift from me to you. (Only given with trials)
YOU PROVIDE AT THE TRIAL:
* Your ideas with at least three images of styles or make-up looks you love.
* Payment for the trial only, unless otherwise organized as a total cost payment (overseas clients coming to the trial the week of their wedding)
* A camera or phone to record your look.
A few tips for booking your wedding hair and make-up are -
* In the busy season between December and March, it is recommended that you
confirm your booking as soon as possible to avoid missing out. At least 6 months to 1 year ahead.
PLEASE READ INFORMATION AT BOTTOM OF PAGE
* Contact by email and send through an image of yourself and some styles you like.
* Once you have confirmed your booking, a deposit of $100.00 is required.
* If having a trial 3 months or so out from the wedding you may pay the deposit then.
PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DAY:
* FULL PAYMENT can be made the week of the wedding.
* Your deposit is taken off the over all cost.
* A stress free day to look forward too.
* A time table will be sent through to you via email so everyone knows
the details for the preparation.
* The estimate quote will in most cases be the same as the final one. This is all organized
and finalized prior to your big day.
SKIN PREPARATION 3 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR BIG DAY: Look your very best!
I can provide a beautiful skin health program for you to ensure your skin is at its best on the day.
The program can include – facials, massage and well being treatments. Please ask when contacting me.
If you are intending to have a spray tan, have a trial for this now. Always a good idea if you have never
had a spray tan before. *Note – I don’t provide this service at Calma Therapies. This is just to advise.
THE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING: Taking time out from your busy schedule.
Have your brows, lashes and waxing done this week. Also can include lash extensions and preparation for body treatments that could include – exfoliation and tanning.
BEAUTY TREATMENTS AVAILABLE THE DAY BEFORE YOUR WEDDING:
It is always a treat to pamper yourself the week of or day before the wedding.
* Manicures/pedicures and french flair nails
* Massage

Enjoy everything about your day from the moment you get out of bed. Relax and breathe as you prepare to be pampered. Let me enhance your natural good looks so that you will shine and feel beautiful.

Special occasion/ball/themed : includes specific priming techniques for extended freshness and look. 12+ hours $85.00
(NO trial just on the day application)
Special occasion/ball/themed: As above but also includes a trial – $ 160.00
Photographic /glamour/themed evening – $ 95.00
Mother of the bride/groom – $ 65-85.00
Individual bridesmaid – $ 85.00
Flower girl age 5 to 12 - $ 25- 35.00
Junior attendant age 12 -16 – $35 – 65.00

1. Includes – bridal trial & on the day make-up for bride, plus on the day for 3 people,
plus on the day essential purse gift of lipstick/gloss, tissues and dot the eye applicators for the bride. – $ 355.00
2. Includes – bridal trial & on the day make-up for bride, plus on the day for 4 people,
plus on the day gift as above. – $410.00
3. As above and includes 4 – 7 people as a complete make-up package plus travel within the
Wairarapa township areas. – $620.00
Hair styling for special occasions.
Whether you want something trendy/modern and very now ( image shown) or something very structured and classical, I can work with your dress styling, hair length and colour to create exactly the look you are wishing for.
Prices – Hair only * All prices are based on time, pre-styling & finishing techniques.
Full hair up – $70 -90.00
1/2 hair up – $ 55-65.00
Loose curls full head – $40 – 60.00
Braids/bohemian
modern/soft looks – $40-70.00 (detailing individual needs)
“TOUCH-UP SERVICE” – $60 an hour.
Junior attendants – from $25.00 (depends on hair styling and length of hair)
When having a trial with hair only for your wedding day, you pay for the full styling as it would be on the day.
A few tips on which pricing your hair requirements might come under:
Classical french roll, structured curls up-do, 1940′s, 50′s
are all in the full hair -up pricing range.
Modern soft curls, down to the side, braiding with combination looks, bohemian looks and side up-dos with curls/waves are all within the 1/2 up do price range.
Loose curls with clips, twists, short hair styling and minimal finishing are all in the $40-60.00 price range.
*No trial is necessary for bridesmaids or Mums. However if this is a requirement prices will apply as per on the day.
*Having photos before your ceremony?
If you are having all photos taken on location before your ceremony this may result in wind swept hair if loose styling is requirement. I can provide a ” Touch -up service” for this.
Both services for weddings.
When choosing to have both services for your wedding day a Bridal Combination Package can be discussed. I can provide this for up to 6 people depending on styling required and time of wedding ceremony. Please state when inquiring about available dates, how many people you are wanting hair and make-up for.
An estimate quote can be sent through to you with adjustments made for a confirmed booking.

Due to my schedule in the wedding season, All wedding inquiries for only one person will need to come to the clinic for hair, make-up or both services. I will only travel to your destination for no less than three people (single service) or Two people ( both services)
